Julia Styles Stars in Adorable My Fair Lady Update

Julia Stiles is a stuffy, grammar-obsessed educator and David Walton
is a rough-hewn Boston beer vendor in a new Hallmark Hall of Fame
movie (Sunday - ABC, 9pm) that may remind you of the classic My Fair Lady. It’s supposed
to — screenwriter C. Jay Cox (Sweet Home Alabama) based it on George
Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, the play that became the stage and movie
musical.
The result is an
adorable and faithful update that spoofs politics, television and Boston
while making underlying points about education, class conflict and
being oneself.
