Taste in Translation - You may remember Aarti Sequeira as the winner of Next Food Network Star and host of Aarti Party.
Now the Indian chef is taking viewers on a trek around the world, tasting and discussing the cultural significance of everything from British comfort food to Peruvian soccer snacks.
The new series debuts (Friday, 9pm) on the Cooking Channel with a look at iconic birthday treats in China, Brazil, Italy and Los Angeles.
